These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between wowpk1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who registers for or uses a wowpk1 account at wowpk1.org. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the wowpk1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register for or use the wowpk1 platform. Players based in Pakistan are subject to all provisions of this Agreement as well as any supplementary rules published on the platform for specific products, promotions, or payment methods.
What This Agreement Covers
wowpk1 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage gambling is prohibited and any accounts found to be held by minors will be permanently closed.
Each player is permitted a single wowpk1 account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and any balances forfeited. This rule applies regardless of device, payment method, or household shared between players.
All wowpk1 transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are subject to the platform's published transaction limits and timelines.
All bonuses and free play credits issued by wowpk1 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms at the time of issue.
Use of bots, automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies that exploit platform errors, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. wowpk1 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is detected.
Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and request self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard at any time. These tools are provided free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation.
To register for and use a wowpk1 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. wowpk1 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether through wowpk1 or any other operator — that is currently active at the time of attempted registration.
- You must not have had a wowpk1 account previously closed by the platform for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
wowpk1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification review.
Age Verification Notice: wowpk1 employs automated and manual age verification checks. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned; any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety.
Each player may hold only one (1) wowpk1 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. wowpk1 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
- Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wowpk1 account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
- Unauthorised Access: You must notify wowpk1 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. wowpk1 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable password security.
- Account Currency: wowpk1 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR.
- Dormant Accounts: An account that has not been accessed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wowpk1 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon verified request.
wowpk1 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal.
wowpk1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits
- Deposits are credited to your wowpk1 account balance in PKR as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment network.
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard banking processing times.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the Cashier section of your account.
- wowpk1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified and used to make a deposit into your account, unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly approved by wowpk1.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and account verification. wowpk1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
- Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements.
No Third-Party Payments: wowpk1 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods registered in another person's name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended pending investigation.
wowpk1 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general bonus terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice.
- One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. wowpk1 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it determines that the one-bonus-per-player rule has been circumvented.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and certain crash titles may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotions section.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While wagering requirements are active, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement, wowpk1 will deduct the outstanding bonus balance from your withdrawal amount.
wowpk1 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited but before wagering is completed, the bonus funds will be removed from the player's account and any real-money balance will remain unaffected.
All sports bets placed on wowpk1 are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (for example, cricket-specific settlement rules covering the Duckworth-Lewis method) are published in the Sports section of the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until wowpk1's system has accepted and recorded it. A confirmation reference number will be displayed and/or delivered upon successful bet placement. wowpk1 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
- Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is submitted. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, as shown on your bet confirmation.
- Palpable Errors: wowpk1 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"). Bets placed on events at obviously erroneous odds will be settled at the correct price or voided, at wowpk1's discretion.
- In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting is offered on selected markets. In-play bets are subject to a delay before acceptance. wowpk1 accepts no liability for bets placed on in-play markets where the outcome was already known at the time of bet submission.
- Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement rules for the specific market state otherwise.
- Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport apply. Current limits are published in the platform's betting rules section.
All casino games offered on wowpk1 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which are accessible within the game interface.
- RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.
- Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's standard logic. wowpk1 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side disconnections or internet connectivity issues.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game's outcome, the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned. wowpk1 does not honour winnings generated during a period of demonstrable technical malfunction.
- Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Bets placed on live casino games are final once the game round has closed. Live casino games may be subject to different wagering contribution rates for the purpose of bonus wagering requirements.
wowpk1 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice. Any in-progress game rounds will be completed and settled before a game is removed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowpk1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Registering or operating more than one wowpk1 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent platform security measures.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using risk-free arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to share bonus benefits.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the wowpk1 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without meaningful gambling activity for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds.
- Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other game format.
- Using the platform in any manner that could cause damage to wowpk1's systems, reputation, or other players' experiences.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook for guaranteed profit.
Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering: wowpk1 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
All content on the wowpk1 platform — including but not limited to the wowpk1 name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wowpk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wowpk1 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gambling activity in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wowpk1 content without prior written authorisation.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any wowpk1 software or platform content.
- Use the wowpk1 name, logo, or brand identity for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could create confusion as to your affiliation with wowpk1.
Any unauthorised use of wowpk1's intellectual property will result in immediate revocation of your platform licence, account closure, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wowpk1 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any service offered thereon.
- Any unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials.
- Any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond wowpk1's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
In any event, wowpk1's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you into your wowpk1 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by wowpk1's negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by wowpk1, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination by the Player: You may close your wowpk1 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon verified closure request, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Termination or Suspension by wowpk1: wowpk1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or fraudulent information at any time.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- Account identified as being held by a person under 21 years of age.
- Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires us to close your account.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the player, wowpk1 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to permanently forfeit such balance where a serious breach is confirmed.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wowpk1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through wowpk1's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Internal Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding wowpk1's services, you should first contact our support team via live chat between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM PKT, or by emailing [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing authority's player dispute resolution service.
Dispute Limitation Period: Any claim or dispute arising from the use of wowpk1 must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
wowpk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wowpk1 will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the wowpk1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 3.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. wowpk1 accepts no liability for any player's failure to remain informed of current terms by reviewing this page regularly.
Responsible Gaming Obligation
wowpk1 is a 21+ platform. Gambling must be treated as entertainment only and should never be used to address financial difficulties.
